FAQs

I’m not a model, can I still book?
Hell yeah you can, some of my favorite shoots have been with people who have never done it before. Before the shoot research the vibe and poses you want to try, practice in front of a mirror, learn how to make the shapes you see and then during the shoot I will guide you to the best result.

How much notice can I book with?
I can make anything work, but ideally 2 weeks notice so we can ensure we plan it out perfectly and nail it on the day.

Will you source the location?
On the odd occasion I will have a suitable location to suit your ideas. Majority of the time I ask that you organise the location, this ensures if there’s a cost involved it remains in your budget, but most importantly it will suit the vision you want to achieve.

Can I bring my partner or a friend to the shoot?
Absolutely, a cheer squad can always be helpful. I do ask that they hype from the sidelines though, without being too distracting or in the way. It can really inhibit the results and the general experience. Remember it’s about you and I creating.

When will I be able to break the internet with my photos?
You will generally receive the proofs to select from in 48 hours, and receive the fully retouched images 2 weeks from your selections. If this isn’t the case due to my current workload I will always be super transparent and let you know wait times on the day of the shoot.

How long do you keep the raws and the final copies for?
I keep the raws on file for 3 months, plenty of time to purchase additional images. The final copy link remains active for 3 months also, ensure you download your files when I send them to you.I’ve never done a shoot before, I’m nervous, can I bring someone to the shoot?Of course, it always helps to bring someone to bring you out of your shell, please just remind them to not get in the way, I can do my job better when I can get the perfect shot.

The allocated time slot seems like a lot of time?
It is alot of time, and majority of the time we wont use the whole time, but it gives us both time to ensure we get the best out of the images.

POLICIES

BOOKING FEE Policy
Every session requires a booking fee before we even start to discuss and plan the shoot. This deposit not only secures your time slot, but also covers all pre-shoot planning. It is non-refundable excluding extenuating circumstances.

RESCHEDULING
Every booking fee ensures you are able to reschedule up to 2 times within a 30 day period. outside of this, you will be required to make a new booking fee.

Cancellation Policy
I’m human, I get it. Things happen, we get sick, emergencies happen. If you need to cancel for any non-emergency based reasons, I require 24 hours notice minimum, the shoot can be rescheduled to a date that suits. If the session is cancelled within that 24 hour window, the FULL fee is to be paid, and to re-book will require a new deposit.

Late/No Show Policy

If you’re running late, it happens. You are required to let me know at least 30 minutes before the scheduled shoot time. Chances are you won’t be my only client that day, and I need to be able to contact other clients and push back. If you fail to inform in this window, it comes out of your allocated session time. Failure to arrive within half an hour of the start time without communication will result in a forfeited session and the FULL fee is to be paid, and to re-book will require a new deposit.

Drug + Alcohol Policy
We all love to partake. And we all need a bit of liquid courage here and there. However, if you arrive to the shoot and it is very obvious you are under the extremely under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the session will be cancelled on the spot and the FULL fee is to be paid, and to re-book will require a new deposit.

* please note * any other commitments made by yourself (ie. make up, etc) will not be reimbursed by myself on termination of the shoot (due to reschedules or other policies)
